James Rodriguez has been heavily linked with a transfer to Manchester United, and Real Madrid have now apparently revealed how much they want for the Colombian.
The 25-year-old is reportedly keen to leave the Spanish giants in the coming transfer window, and has told his representatives to look for new clubs.
As a consequence, United have reportedly been informed of his availability, and it has been claimed Jose Mourinho is keen to lure him to Old Trafford.
According to Marca, Real have placed a €75 million (R1.1 billion) price tag on Rodriguez's head.
Los Blancos paid the same amount for the Colombian when he arrived in Spain after winning the Golden Boot at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
He has since scored 36 goals and assisted another 41 strikes in 110 appearances for Real, but is reportedly unhappy with his limited game time under Zinedine Zidane.
Eleven of his goals and 13 of his assists have come this season, but he has hardly been involved in the club's biggest games.
United, meanwhile, are keen to improve their squad and mount a serious Premier League title challenge next season, but Mourinho knows players such as Rodriguez are only likely to join if his side can qualify for the 2017/18 edition of the UEFA Champions League.
To do so, United have to beat Ajax Amsterdam in the UEFA Europa League final on 24 May, having failed to finish the season in the EPL's top four.
