English giants Manchester United are reportedly interested in luring Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar to the Premier League with a mega-deal.
The Brazil international, who has been heavily linked with a return to LaLiga, is apparently keen to line up alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and company at Real Madrid.
According to the Daily Mirror, however, Manchester United have told Neymar's representatives that they are ready to rival Los Blancos for his signature.
The former FC Barcelona forward is likely to cost Jose Mourinho's side over £200 million (R3.32 billion) in the current market, but the English team has apparently offered to match Neymar's £30 million (R498 million) a year wage he is currently receiving at the Parc des Princes.
Reports suggest that the Brazilian has ordered his dad, who is also his agent/adviser, to look for ways to get him out of his contract with the Ligue 1 giants as he is not happy with life in Paris.
Although the Red Devils are not the frontrunners to land Neymar's signature, the club seems confident they can snatch the 26-year-old from Los Blancos' grasp as Neymar Sr is said to be a big United fan and has reportedly mentioned that he would love to see his son play in England one day.
Neymar made 30 appearances for PSG in his first season at the club, scoring 28 goals and assisting a further 19 strikes.
