FC Barcelona star Yerry Mina, who has been linked with a switch to Manchester United, has revealed the training ground bets he had going with his teammates Lionel Messi & Luis Suarez.
The Colombian joined the Catalan giants in the January transfer window, but has not impressed the coaching staff as much as he would have liked, although he is said to be popular among his colleagues.
Mina recently discussed what he did to help integrate himself into the squad, and revealed that he would make bets over training ground free-kicks with two of the team's leading attackers.
"When I arrived, to create a good atmosphere, I started to bet with Messi and Suarez to see who took the best free-kicks in training," he said, according to the Daily Express.
"I did it just to watch them. Before I knew it they were taking 50 euros a day off me. I was like, 'I'm paying for these guys to go shopping!'
"But the truth is those monsters put the ball wherever they want it. They are fantastic people and they are wizards."
On his future, Mina, who reportedly has several clubs chasing his signature, admitted he is not sure he will be staying at Barca.
"In terms of my future, I have no idea but I'm calm about it," he added.
"I'm 23 years old and have a lot of football left to play."
Mina has played just six matches for the Blaugrana since his arrival at the Camp Nou, although he put his name on the map when he represented his country at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
The 23-year-old scored three goals in as many matches in Russia, where he proved almost impossible to defend against on set-pieces.
