Lewandowski is now on 28 league goals, nine more than Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Andre Silva, who are all in joint-second place.
Kylian Mbappe climbed up the ranking after his brace in Paris Saint-Germain's 4-0 victory over Dijon, drawing level with Romelu Lukaku, who found the back of the net once in Inter Milan's 3-0 win over Genoa.
Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah remained on 17 strikes after failing to score on the weekend, while Luis Suarez, with 16 goals, and Bruno Fernandes, with 15 strikes, also drew blanks but stay in the top 10.
