The Portuguese superstar picked up 93 MOTM awards during his time at Real Madrid and another 19 since joining Juventus in Serie A.
However, he is behind Lionel Messi in the LaLiga ranking, with the FC Barcelona captain being named Man of the Match an incredible 196 times since the 2009/10 season.
Eden Hazard leads the ranking in the Premier League with 62, while Marco Reus has been named MOTM 48 times in the Bundesliga.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic picked up the most MOTM awards in Ligue 1, having been named Man of the Match 42 times despite only playing in France's top flight for four seasons.
Meanwhile, Alejandro Gomez leads the ranking in Serie A, where he has put in 38 MOTM performances over the years.
Overall, Messi's 196 MOTM awards are more than the 190 the other four top performers have combined between them.
