African superstars Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are the only duo in Europe's top five leagues in which both players scored more than 22 goals this season, but two other forward partnerships netted more combined goals than they did.

Salah and Mane, who will attempt to lift their first UEFA Champions League title with the Reds on Saturday, scored 44 Premier League goals between them in 2018/19.
Only FC Barcelona duo Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez and Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani scored more goals between them in Europe's top leagues.
Messi's 36 strikes and Suarez's 21 goals confirm that the Blaugrana forwards were the most dangerous duo in Europe in 2018/19. They are followed by Mbappe and Cavani, who netted 51 times between them, with the 20-year-old scoring 33 goals and his Uruguayan teammate hitting the back of the net 18 times in Ligue 1.
Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling are in fourth place with a combined 38 goals for Manchester City this season, while Sampdoria's Fabio Quagliarella and Gregoire Defrel were the top duo in Serie A after netting 37 times.

The list does not include Cristiano Ronaldo and Mario Mandzukic, who are Juventus' most dangerous attacking line, having scored 30 goals between them in the 2018/19 Serie A campaign.
