Cristiano Ronaldo's impact following his €100 million (R1.53 billion) move to Juventus has been felt on the pitch, but a new in-depth analysis has now also revealed that he is turning out to be a massive success off the pitch.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has hit the ground running since arriving in Turin in July 2018, finding the back of the net on 21 occasions, while registering 12 assists in 32 games played across all competitions for the Bianconeri.
While Ronaldo's exploits on-the-field were largely expected, due to his incredible work ethic and talent, the financial impact of his move to Italy have also greatly benefited all parties involved.
According to Marca, after Ronaldo's unveiling in Turin, the Juventus first-team kit had proven to be such a hit that it sold out within a month. In addition, Adidas Spain revealed that orders for Ronaldo's new team's jersey were on the rise.
