The Portuguese was substituted with 10 minutes to go in Real's 2-2 draw with Levante on Saturday evening.
The 33-year-ol did not seem happy to be replaced by Marco Asensio, and seemingly made his frustrations known on the bench.
According to the Daily Mirror, Ronaldo reportedly yelled: "Don't film me, focus on the game!" at cameramen on the touchline who had their equipment focused on him.
The forward was taken off with Los Blancos leading 2-1, which had many even more surprised at the way he reacted to Zidane's decision to substitute him.
Captain Sergio Ramos revealed after the game that Ronaldo was disappointed with the result.
"Cristiano is f****d off like everyone because we all want to help as much as possible and when we can't, it's tough," he said, according to the Daily Star.
"We must continue working and thinking about the match that we have left before the Champions League."
Real remain 19 points behind FC Barcelona in LaLiga, following the Catalan club's draw with Espanyol on Sunday.
