Reports: Neymar's Dad Held Talks With Real For His Son To Replace Cristiano Ronaldo
Neymar's father has reportedly held talks with Real Madrid about the possibility of his son replacing Cristiano Ronaldo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Spanish giants, who failed to land the 25-year-old in 2013 from Santos, have apparently opened the door for the former FC Barcelona star to join them in the future.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Real president Florentino Perez has had talks with Neymar Sr over a proposed move to the Santiago Bernabeu for the PSG star.
With Los Blancos not looking to sell Ronaldo, this would mean that a deal for Neymar would only take place once the Portuguese star's contract expires in 2021 – if it is not extended.
There are rumours the Brazilian is unhappy at PSG, despite loving his lifestyle in Paris.
It could be difficult for the French giants to keep hold of Neymar if they do not win major titles, but, for now, the player seems to be happy with the likes of Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura all playing alongside him.
The former Blaugrana star has made 12 appearances for his new club so far this season, scoring 11 goals and assisting a further nine strikes.
