Reports: Neymar Regrets Paris Saint-Germain Move, Considering Exit
World record signing Neymar reportedly regrets joining Paris Saint-Germain and is considering an exit from the French club.
Despite the Brazilian's excellent form in France, not all has been well for the 25-year-old since his arrival at Les Parisiens.
The player's on-field spats with Edinson Cavani made headlines early in the season, and following a recent incident, more fans have jumped on his back.
In PSG's recent 8-0 Ligue 1 win over Dijon, during which Neymar scored four goals, supporters booed him when he took a penalty late in the game instead of handing the ball to Cavani.
If Neymar had given the spot-kick to the Uruguayan, the centre forward could have become the club's all-time top goalscorer, but the Brazilian, already on a hat-trick at that point, decided he to take the kick himself.
Fans reportedly jeered the former FC Barcelona star for not giving Cavani the chance to make history, but after the game Neymar was backed by his manager Unai Emery, among others, over the incident.
According to L'Equipe, the jeers from his club's supporters have forced Neymar to reflect on his decision to join the French giants, one he is now reportedly regretting.
It has been claimed that the Brazilian is considering an exit from the club, with Real Madrid said to be his preferred destination.
