With FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi holding the power to terminate his contract at the Catalan club before the start of every season, the Argentine has reportedly made a decision on his future.
The 32-year-old has had one or two disagreements with the Blaugrana's board in recent months, starting with his public row with sporting director Eric Abidal.
Messi then hit back at the club's leadership after it was claimed that a few first-team players refused to take a pay cut amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The Barcelona captain, like he did in the Abidal incident, hit out at the club's board on social media, leading many to believe he is fed up with how his boyhood team is being run.

With Messi having the power to terminate his deal in Spain before the start of every new campaign, supporters are concerned that he could exercise his right and try look to leave the LaLiga giants.
However, according to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, the club's record goalscorer will still be at Barca for the 2020/21 campaign at the very least, with Lautaro Martinez's potential arrival from Inter Milan reportedly being one of the main reasons for him wanting to stay.
Messi plays with the 22-year-old on the international stage, and is encouraged by the Blaugrana's pursuit of the former Racing Club striker.
Martinez, who has scored 16 goals and assisted a further four strikes in 31 matches across all competitions for Inter so far this season, is heavily tipped to join the Catalans in the next transfer window.
