Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has apparently threatened to leave the club if they sign one of these two players.
The Portuguese has netted 26 goals and assisted another 12 strikes in 35 games this season, but his starting role could come under threat in the next campaign.
Real are reportedly keen to lure Chelsea's Eden Hazard as a new "Galactico" signing to the Santiago Bernabeu, while some outrageous rumours have also linked crosstown rivals Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann with Los Blancos.
According to Diario Gol, Ronaldo has now told the club's leadership he will leave if either of the two abovementioned players are bought.
The report claimed that the Portugal captain does not want to share the limelight at Real or be shifted to the bench, and has voiced his opinion, but the ultimate decision will lie with club president Florentino Perez.
Ronaldo recently added his fourth Ballon d'Or title to his individual trophy cabinet and helped Portugal lift the 2016 UEFA European Championship, and also won last season's UEFA Champions League with Real.
However, it appears the 32-year-old is adapting his game slightly this season, having not been as clinical and as prolific in one-on-ones as before.
