The Portuguese is currently on holiday in Greece, but was reportedly paid a visit by Juventus president Andrea Agnelli on Tuesday.
According to a report by Jugones de La Sexta and cited by Marca, Real's bosses will accept the €105 million (R1.65 billion) offer from Juventus.
Agnelli reportedly asked Real for permission to meet with the superstar, and this was granted, which means an official announcement could reportedly still happen on Tuesday.
Sky Sports and The Guardian journalist Fabrizio Romano also stated that the deal is very close after Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes also met with Los Blancos officials on Tuesday.
Real president Florentino Perez has respected Ronaldo's wish to leave the club, and the only matter still to be discussed is his exit strategy.
According to Romano, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner will sign a four-year deal with the Serie A champions, during which he will earn €30 million (R470 million) a season.
Ronaldo has made 438 appearances for the Spanish giants so far, scoring 450 goals along the way, and would be leaving the Santiago Bernabeu having lifted 16 trophies with Los Blancos.
