Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly "angry" with the club's latest contract offer, and wants to leave Los Blancos at the end of the season.
The Portuguese signed a new five-year deal with the Spanish giants in November 2016, which only expires in June 2021.
According to Spanish journalist Edu Aguirre, who works for the TV channel El Chiringuito, Ronaldo is unhappy with his club's latest contract offer.
The journalist also claimed that Ronaldo asked Real president Florentino Perez to let him leave on 30 June 2018, and wants Real to allow him to leave for a "reasonable price". However, Perez has reportedly rejected the request, which is said to have made the Portugal captain even angrier.
It has been claimed the problem is not a financial matter, but that the 32-year-old feels he deserves more affection from the club.
Reports of Ronaldo wanting to leave the Santiago Bernabeu appear regularly in the Spanish media, but so far all have been proved to be wrong.
The former Manchester United attacker is experiencing a slow start to his season, having only netted one goal in seven La Liga appearances so far after missing the first four games through suspension.
