Mauricio Pochettino has officially announced his selection for the French giants' first European tie of the season, which will be away at Club Brugge on Wednesday night.
Messi looks set to make his full debut for PSG, with the Argentine expected to start alongside his former Barcelona colleague Neymar and new striker partner Mbappe for the first time since his arrival in France last month.
Sergio Ramos, however, misses out through injury, with the former Real Madrid captain still yet to feature for the losing 2019/20 Champions League finalists.
