Paulo Dybala Addresses Lionel Messi Comparisons
Juventus star Paulo Dybala has addressed those who constantly compare him to FC Barcelona's Lionel Messi.
The 23-year-old scored a spectacular hat-trick in the Bianconeri's 3-1 win over Sassuolo on Sunday, which saw his goal tally for the campaign rise to eight in four Serie A matches.
Dybala, who is often likened to his Argentina teammate Messi, told members of the media after the match that he does not mind being compared to Messi, but would prefer people to focus on his achievements instead.
"I'm very happy. It's always nice to get three goals," Dybala told Sky Sports Italia.
"I'm Dybala. It's not that I don't like the comparison, but he's a legend. He has done things that no one has ever done in the history of football.
"I don't want to be compared to anyone. You can send the messages, but I want to have my own career and win my own trophies."
The Argentina international has made six appearances across all competitions for Juventus so far this season, scoring 10 goals.
