With the 33-year-old's contract expiring later this year, rumours continue to suggest that his future lies away from the Blaugrana.
Messi himself has stated he will only decide his next step at the end of the season, with interest reportedly coming from both Manchester City and PSG.
Now, the man who handles all transfer business at the French giants, Leonardo, has admitted they are monitoring the six-time Ballon d'Or winner's situation.
"Great players like Messi will always be on PSG's list," he told France Football.
"But this is, of course, not the time to talk about it, or to dream about it.

"Four months is an eternity in football, especially at this time."
While Messi was heavily linked with City at the start of the campaign, PSG have emerged as potential favourites in recent months following Neymar's comments after their most recent UEFA Champions League clash with Manchester United.
The Brazilian very candidly stated that he wants to play with the Argentine, who is the best-paid player in world football, in the coming campaign, fuelling speculation that their possible reunion could take place in the French capital.
