Barcelona superstar Neymar believes that his fellow countryman, Philippe Coutinho will become one of the English Premier League's best players in the near future
Neymar has earmarked the Liverpool midfielder to continue improving with the Reds and says that he has the talent to reach the top.

The two Brazilians have known each other since they were kids and also played together in the U17 national side.
“He can be the star player in England. This season I think everybody in England is seeing how talented he is - and I know he has a lot more to show,” he told reporters, as quoted by the Mirror.
“We have been good friends since we were 16. Not only is he a fantastic player, he is a good guy to have in the dressing room, always positive and making jokes.”
Neymar admitted that Liverpool haven’t been the same since the departure of Luis Suarez, but believes Coutinho has the skills to provide the special moments they currently lack.
“I think since Luis joined us at Barcelona, Liverpool have not had that one player they can look to for that special moment,” said Neymar.
“Couto can be that player for them I’m sure. When he has the ball at his feet, he can make things happen for himself and he can make things happen for other players. He is a very special player.”
Coutinho has played 32 games for Liverpool so far this season and has scored three goals, while assisting in five more.
