The Albiceleste defeated Bolivia away from home for the first time in 16 years on Tuesday, winning 2-1 courtesy of goals from Lautaro Martinez and Joaquin Correa.
The match was played in a positive spirit from both nations, but tensions were raised after the game when Messi clashed with his rival captain, with the pair being kept separated by a crowd of bodies.
After his scuffle with Bolivia captain Moreno, Messi was then spotted yelling at one of the home nation's members of staff, with TyC Sports reporting that the FC Barcelona man asked him: "What's the matter, baldy?"
The clash was over quickly, however, as both Messi and Moreno were surrounded by their respective teams as they made their way off the pitch.
