Paris Saint-Germain wonderkid Kylian Mbappe is one of the most exciting prospects in world football, but the French forward has now been compared to Neymar for the wrong reasons.
Mbappe stole the show for PSG on Tuesday, when he came off the bench to net a hat-trick in the club's 5-0 UEFA Champions League win over Club Brugge.
However, the 20-year-old drew criticism for his post-match comments after he shared his frustration at being named on the bench for the clash.
"I wanted to start. I thought about playing from the start. It's the coach's decision and you have to accept it. I wanted to show again that it's hard to do without me," Mbappe said, as reported by AS.

Former France international Christophe Dugarry has since labelled the former AS Monaco star's comments as "clumsy", and highlighted his concern that Mbappe was showing the same selfish attitude as teammate Neymar had in the past.
"I'm being a bit hard, but I don't want my dreams to be broken with Mbappe," Dugarry told RMC Sport.
"I think he's turning into Neymar. It comes across as an individualist focus."
Mbappe's hat-trick against Brugge saw him become the youngest player ever to score 15 goals in the Champions League, breaking the record previously held by FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.
