With some Serie A games in Italy being postponed due to the coronavirus, Ronaldo was unable to add to his tally of 21 league goals for the campaign.
He remained in joint-third spot in the ESM Golden Shoe race, with only Robert Lewandowski, who is currently on 25 strikes but injured, and Ciro Immobile ahead of him.
The latter featured in Lazio's 2-0 win over Bologna on Saturday, but failed to add to his 27 goals, which equates to 54 points in the Golden Shoe ranking.
Timo Werner and Erling Haaland, who share third spot on the podium with Ronaldo, also failed to score on the weekend.
As a consequence, Werner stayed on 21 goals and 42 points, while Haaland remained on 25 goals, with 16 of his strikes coming from his time with Red Bull Salzburg in the first half of the campaign.
Those 16 goals are only multiplied by 1.5 due to the Austrian Bundesliga's lower ranking by UEFA, while his nine Bundesliga goals for Borussia Dortmund are multiplied 2 to see him on 42 points overall.
Mbappe made the biggest jump this week after netting a brace in Paris Saint-Germain's 4-0 victory over Dijon on Saturday.
The 21-year-old, who finished behind Lionel Messi in the 2018/19 European Golden Shoe ranking, has now equalled the Argentine's tally this season, with both having scored 18 league goals so far in this campaign.
