Reports: Ronaldo Unhappy With Real President's Neymar Comments

The Portuguese recently claimed Real’s struggles were because of their failure to replace certain stars who left in the July/August transfer window.

Rodriguez, who is on loan from Los Blancos at Bayern, feels Ronaldo might have been speaking in the heat of the moment, as he feels the Spanish giants have more than enough quality within their ranks.

"They were going through a tough moment and you say things that you shouldn't sometimes,” the he told Caracol.

“I believe that Real Madrid have very good players to have a really good campaign. They are a massive team, they have a team with the power to change everything.

“I left lots of really good teammates and friends in Madrid and I always watch them when I can. I keep in touch with Ramos, Benzema and Marcelo."

The 26-year-old has featured 17 times for Bayern this season, scoring two goals and assisting a further four strikes.
