One of Brazil's best players ever has explained why he would love to see FC Barcelona target Neymar play with Portugal superstar Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.
Neymar's future still appears very much uncertain, with Paris Saint-Germain willing to sell him but only at the right price. The 27-year-old has been tipped to rejoin the Catalan giants, although Real Madrid and Juventus are also being discussed as potential destinations for the player.
Rivaldo, a compatriot of Neymar's, has previously said it would make sense for the PSG forward to return to the Blaugrana, but he has now insisted the player would fit in well with Ronaldo at the Bianconeri.
"It would be very interesting to see Neymar playing alongside Ronaldo," he told Betfair.
"I think it would be great for Cristiano to have him by his side and the Brazilian would help him throughout the season with goals and assists.
"I imagine them combining in a spectacular and brilliant way together, and Neymar could help the team, sharing some responsibilities that, at the moment, are all only Ronaldo's.
"The Bianconeri have only one star, so Neymar would be a beneficial move for the club as well as his potential teammates."
Neymar has played 58 matches for PSG since joining them in 2017, scoring 51 goals and assisting a further 29 strikes.
