Manchester City starlet Gabriel Jesus has reached a goal-scoring milestone quicker than both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo did!
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Brazilian has scored 50 professional goals for club and country in faster time than it took Messi and Ronaldo, two players who are widely considered the best footballers over the last decade.
Jesus hit his 50th goal against Napoli in the UEFA Champions League for City, a milestone it took him just 118 games to reach.
The player hit the back of the net 28 times for his former club Palmeiras, while he scored seven times for the Brazil national team and 15 times for the Citizens.
The report claims it took Messi 124 games to reach 50 career goals for both Barca and Argentina, while it took Ronaldo 221 appearances.
The 20-year-old has been in impressive form this season, scoring eight goals in 13 games for Pep Guardiola’s side.
