With FC Barcelona's boss and board believed to be furious with a certain player for attending Neymar's birthday party last month, the midfielder has now spoken of his regret over his actions.
In February, the 27-year-old Paris Saint-Germain superstar hosted his family and friends for a birthday bash in Paris, which was attended by Barca midfielder Arthur.
Reports in February suggested the Catalan giants were angry with the midfielder for flying out to the event just days before his team's Copa del Rey derby against Real Madrid, and Arthur has now insisted he regrets attending the party.
"I think I was wrong and these things happen in life, as sometimes you're wrong and sometimes you're right," he said, according to Marca.
"I was excited to go, but I'm old enough to take responsibility as I knew what I was doing and I apologise if I bothered anyone.
"My teammates have helped me a lot to recover from my injury and I am grateful to them. I am happy to have recovered.
"I will give my best and I know I have to improve as a person."
Arthur, a 22-year-old Brazil international who joined the Spanish giants from Gremio in July 2018, has played 30 times for the Blaugrana so far this season.
