An FC Barcelona star has reserved special praise for his teammate Lionel Messi, and explained why he enjoys playing alongside him so much.
The Argentine was once again at his best on Thursday night, when he scored two goals and provided the assist for another in the Blaugrana's 5-0 thrashing of Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey.
After the game, left back Jordi Alba, who assisted Messi's two strikes and found the back of the net himself, commended the 30-year-old's outstanding display.
"It's a luxury to have him in the team," Alba told Gol Television.
"Personally, I think it's great to play with him, and we always look for each other.
"We were able to both score and assist, and he is the best in the world by far, the best in history, and enjoyed by all the Catalans."
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has made 27 appearances for the Spanish giants so far this season, scoring 22 goals and assisting 10 further strikes.
