With Juventus terminating Gonzalo Higuain's contract this week, the Italian giants have reportedly found Cristiano Ronaldo's new strike partner, and it is not Luis Suarez.
Ronaldo Rates New Juve Signing
Roma forward Edin Dzeko, 34, is said to be close to joining the Bianconeri from Serie A rivals Roma, whom he signed for in 2015 (initially on a loan deal) from Manchester City.
The Italian champions were believed to be after FC Barcelona forward Luis Suarez, but have now seemingly turned to the Bosnia and Herzegovina international, according to football journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Dzeko will reportedly sign for Juve at a fee of €15 million (R287 million), after scoring 106 goals and assisting a further 50 strikes in 222 matches for Roma.
