Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has been urged to confront one of his underperforming teammates in the dressing room.
The 36-year-old was on target twice for the Red Devils in their 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night, with United's defence seeming to once again let Ole Gunnar Solskjaer down.
Harry Maguire, in particular, has been called out for some poor performances in recent weeks, which has led to former Aston Villa and England striker Gabriel Agbonlahor believing that Ronaldo should be in the captain's ear in the dressing room.
"We used to come in at half-time sometimes, I remember Fabian Delph used to shout at the keeper and defence: 'A clean sheet wins us a game,'" he told talkSPORT.
"When you are winning one or two-nil, 'a clean sheet wins us the game'.
"If I'm Ronaldo, I'm in the changing room like 'Any chance Harry? Any chance, lads, of a clean sheet? Any danger? Because sometimes can't you just go one-on-one with your striker and stop them scoring?'
"The defending, honestly, they look like conceding every time they play, don't they, and if there was better finishing yesterday, Atalanta could have scored four or five."
United have conceded 23 goals in 15 matches across all competitions so far this season, with 13 of those strikes being shipped in their past five games.
