Despite his superb return with two goals over the weekend for Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo has been slammed for having no respect for his teammates.
The 35-year-old came off the bench in his side’s 4-1 win over Spezia when the score-line was 1-1, and netted twice to hand the Bianconeri a win.
However, not all have been impressed with Ronaldo since he joined Juventus, with former defender Pasquale Bruno slamming him for his inability to speak Italian
"Cristiano Ronaldo is ignorant," Bruno said on the Tiki Taka show, per FanPage.it
"He has been in Italy for two years and still hasn't learned to speak our language… He uses Spanish to express himself. He has no respect for his teammates or for the Italians."
Overall, Ronaldo has scored five goals in just three appearances in 2020/21 after missing four games due to testing positive for COVID-19.
He will likely make his first appearance in this season’s UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night when Juve travel to Ferencvaros.
