Cristiano Ronaldo's agent has touched on the rumours that his client is unhappy at Manchester United amid the team's underwhelming season so far.
'Ronaldo's Teammates Are Afraid Of Him!'
The Portuguese forward returned to the 20-time English champions in August after 12 years away from the club, during which he represented Real Madrid and Juventus.
Since rejoining the English giants, he has continued his goalscoring exploits as expected, although United's performances have been largely inconsistent throughout the 2021/22 Premier League campaign to date.
This has led to reports suggesting Ronaldo is annoyed and unhappy in England, with the ex-Los Blancos man failing to hide his frustration in moments on the field and after games when, at times, he has stormed down the tunnel without shaking hands with his opponents.
His super-agent Jorge Mendes, though, appears to have now quashed those rumours.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is very happy at Man United," he told football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
"He's going to continue with his solid, great performances as always in his career.
"It's going be a great season for him, I'm sure."
Ronaldo has scored 14 goals and assisted a further three strikes in 20 matches across all competitions for the Red Devils so far this season.
