Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have both been linked with David Beckham’s MLS franchise, and now the Portuguese superstar has responded to the rumours linking him with a move away from Juventus.
Despite the Bianconeri striker being in fine form in Italy, the 35-year-old might be at the stage of his career where he considers retirement, or at least where he will retire.
Many believe Inter Miami FC could be a potential destination for the Portuguese striker in future, with Beckham recently admitting that he would love to have the five-time Ballon d’Or winner on his books.
However, speaking in a recent interview, Ronaldo insisted he is happy at Juventus.
"I’m happy," he told Sky Sports.
"I’m in the best club in Italy, I’m playing alongside the best players. I’m happy we won trophies last year – and this year I hope to win as well.
"As an individual I am happy. I went to Juventus to score goals and do my best and I am very happy."
Ronaldo has scored 25 goals in 31 matches this season for Juve this season, assisting a further three strikes.
