The Portuguese superstar was on the scoresheet as Juve beat Sampdoria 2-0 to secure their ninth successive league trophy.
Sunday's win took the Bianconeri seven points above second-placed Inter Milan on the log, with just two games to spare.
As a consequence, Juventus have won their ninth league title in a row and their 36th overall, more than any other Italian team in Serie A history.
Ronaldo, meanwhile, became the first player to claim at least two league titles in three of Europe's top five leagues.
He won the Premier League three times, LaLiga twice and now Serie A twice as well.
The 35-year-old's goal also saw him take his tally to 31 strikes in the Italian top flight this season, with only one player in Juventus' history having scored more in a single campaign.
Back in 1933/34, Felice Borel managed to net 32 strikes, which is still a club record, but Ronaldo has two more games to break the historical mark.
