Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed he would offer himself a 10-year deal at Los Blancos if he were the club's president.
The Portuguese recently addressed talk on his future, suggesting that neither he nor the club are concerned about his current contract expiring in 2018.
"It's simple, if I were Real Madrid president and had a player like me on the squad, I would offer myself a 10-year extension at least," Ronaldo said, as quoted by Marca.
"If you talk to the president, he'll tell you neither of the negotiating parties are worried."
Ronaldo scored on his return to Real's starting XI on Saturday, when they hammered Osasuna 5-2 in a La Liga fixture.
The Portuguese has found the net 365 times and assisted a further 114 strikes in 349 matches since joining Real in 2009.
