It has taken Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo just half a season to break a 20-year-old Serie A record following his brace on the weekend.
The forward has been in brilliant form, albeit with a "slow" start, for the Bianconeri since his arrival from Real Madrid, having already found the back of the net on 15 occasions across all competitions for the Italian giants.
Although there is still a long way to go until the end of the campaign, 14 of Ronaldo's strikes have come in the league, making him the Portuguese player with the most goals in a single Serie A season.
The 33-year-old struck twice against Sampdoria this past weekend to beat Rui Barrios' record of 12 goals in a single campaign in Italy's top flight.
To add to his 15 goals across all platforms, Ronaldo has also assisted eight goals in the 24 games he has played so far for Juve this season.
