Ronaldo’s becomes the first European male player to reach the 100-goal mark and only the second player behind Ali Daei world-wide.
The Iran legend netted 109 goals, which is the current world record at international level.
Ronaldo scored his 100th goal for Portugal in his 165th game for A Selecao and later even added another one with a superb long-range strike in the second half.
He is now just eight goals short of Daei's international record.
