Bayern Munich Star: Goal Machine Cristiano Ronaldo More Complete Than Lionel Messi!
A Bayern Munich youngster has described Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo as a "goal machine", and also revealed why he thinks the 33-year-old is a more "complete" player than FC Barcelona's Lionel Messi.
The Bavarian giants will face Los Blancos in the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night, and will need to come up with a plan to try and cope with the Portuguese star, who has scored 15 goals in the competition already this season.
Bayern defender Joshua Kimmich believes Ronaldo's goalscoring exploits puts him ahead of Messi, although the German believes both players should be celebrated.
"When it comes to goal quotas, Ronaldo is in the lead," he told Bild.
"Especially with regards to the goals in the Champions League.
"Messi is a completely different type of player. Ronaldo is perhaps more complete in terms of skills themselves.
"Messi is more a dribbler, Ronaldo the final player. I cannot say this one or that one. I am glad that I am allowed to witness both.
"Such a player as Ronaldo, you can only turn off as a whole team anyway. He is a goal machine, which has an insane goal quota. We have to make sure that he cannot continue his run."
The former Manchester United star has made 39 appearances for Real so far this season, scoring 42 goals, and assisting a further seven strikes.
