FC Barcelona have now commented on Neymar's future at the club in a bid to quell speculation that the Brazilian could be leaving for Paris Saint-Germain.
Reports: Ronaldo Offered To Man Utd
The Brazilian's agent Wagner Ribeiro recently stated that living in France and playing for PSG would be a dream for any footballer, including his client, but insisted that Neymar will see out of his contract at Barca.
However, the representative did hint that if the player's release clause is met, his contract could be terminated, which sparked rumours that Neymar could be on his way out of the Camp Nou.
Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu has now commented on the Brazil captain's situation at the club, insisting that the 24-year-old will not be allowed to discuss terms with any teams.
"If someone wants to negotiate with Neymar, we will not give them permission," he told Globo Esporte.

Neymar has also been heavily linked with Manchester United over the past two seasons, and it was even rumoured that the Red Devils met the Brazilian's release clause earlier this year.
