Manchester United youngster Anthony Martial has had a better start with the Red Devils than Cristiano Ronaldo did.
Many considered Memphis Depay, who now wears the prestigious No. 7 shirt at Old Trafford, to follow Ronaldo's path, but it is Martial who has been writing the headlines.
The 19-year-old scored his fifth United goal against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday night and only needed nine games to do so.
Ronaldo, meanwhile, required 39 games to score the same number of goals, before going on to hit the back of the net 118 times overall for the club.
Martial, who cost a staggering €50 million, has been impressive since joining United in the final days of the latest transfer window.
Overall, the French starlet has scored 20 career goals and still has a long way to go to reach the level of Ronaldo, who recently scored his 500th career goal.
Martial will have another chance to impress when United face cross-town rivals City in the Manchester derby on Sunday.
