Italian publication Corriere dello Sport reported that Ronaldo and partner Georgina Rodriguez travelled to luxury ski resort Courmayeur, which is about 149km from Turin.
It is believed they crossed the border between Piedmont and Valle D'Aosta in the process, which would mean they broke COVID-19 rules by travelling between the cities to do so.
Pirlo reveals the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is free to what he wants in his own time.
“Cristiano Ronaldo had a day off and in your days off you are free to do what you want,” Pirlo said, as per Goal.
“When they are here, they are under my control, but outside of here they are free citizens and can take their own actions.”
Juventus registered back-to-back wins on Saturday evening after defeating Sampdoria 2-0 to climb up third spot, although they still trail league leaders AC Milan by seven points.
