La Liga returns to our television screens this weekend, giving us a few tasty fixtures to look forward to, along with the second round of Premier League fixtures – here is our betting tips for four of the weekend's standout games.
Stoke City vs Manchester City (20 August, Saturday)
Pep Guardiola's Manchester City came through the opening day of the season with a 2-1 win over Sunderland thanks in part to an own goal from former Manchester United defender Paddy McNair. City looked in control for most of that game but were not clinical enough at times. Stoke City are a bit of bogey side for them, but we expect the Citizens to come out on top in this battle.

Barcelona vs Real Betis (20 August, Saturday)
FC Barcelona have already added a title to their trophy collection this season, but the opening day of the league campaign is always something different as all teams hope to set a standard for the season ahead. The Blaugrana will have all their stars available for the game and are expected to cruise past Real Betis this weekend.
Soccer Laduma prediction: 3-0

Leicester City vs Arsenal (20 August, Saturday)
This is set to be an interesting encounter as both sides began their seasons with a loss. Arsenal were beaten 4-3 by Liverpool at the Emirates, while the EPL champions went down to newly promoted Hull City 2-1. Both teams looked far off the pace in the opening week, so we expect this game to be a close one.
Soccer Laduma prediction: 2-2

Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid (21 August, Sunday)
The opening weekend sees Sociedad take on giants Real on Sunday. Los Blancos have seen very little movement in the transfer window, but the squad looks settled under manager Zinedine Zidane and we feel they will be too strong for Sociedad.
