With a certain Manchester United star reportedly set for a move to Serie A, it is believed he stormed off the Red Devils' training ground in order to force the struggling English giants to let him go.
Reports in Italy and England suggest that 34-year-old club captain Ashley Young has agreed a move to Inter Milan, with United having reportedly accepted a fee of £1.28 million (R24 million) for his signature.
The winger-turn-fullback's contract in England was set to expire at the end of the season, and he has been allowed to talk to foreign clubs since the beginning of January as a result.
Prior to the latest news surrounding his future, it had been reported that United initially blocked his transfer in this window, offering him a one-year extension to stay at the club instead, which he rejected.
The Sun has now reported that this led to Young losing his cool at Carrington, the team's training base, last week Friday, storming off in a fit of rage.
It is understood the Premier League veteran reacted angrily to United not wanting to let him leave, especially as he feels he is not getting enough first-team football.
Young appears to have got his wish, though, with the Englishman expected to travel to Milan this weekend to finalise his switch.
The former Watford and Aston Villa star has made 261 appearances for the Reds Devils since his arrival in 2011, winning five trophies along the way.
