With Manchester United believed to be desperate to revamp their squad, they have reportedly had a major transfer bid of £96.4 million (R1.7 billion) for an African star rejected.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira, Napoli have turned down a massive offer of £96.4 million from Manchester United for centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly.
It is believed that Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis has no intention of selling the 27-year-old, whose release clause reportedly sits at £131.5 million (R2.4 billon).
The Senegal international played 48 times across all competitions for his club in 2018/19, scoring two goals and assisting two further strikes.
