The Catalan giants are ready to take advantage of United's tumultuous situation and the ongoing contractual stand-off between Marcus Rashford and the club, according to The Sun.
The Red Devils want to keep hold of their academy product, but the England forward is yet to sign an extension on his current deal, which expires in 2020.
The Daily Mail has reported that the English giants are keen to offer the 21-year-old a deal worth £300 000 (R5.6 million) a week to keep him at the club until 2024.
However, Rashford is stalling on negotiations amid the current meltdown at the club, with United having suffered seven defeats in their past nine games across all competitions.
Barcelona reportedly want to take advantage of the situation, and are looking at the United striker as a potential long-term replacement for the ageing Luis Suarez.
The Catalan giants are reportedly of the belief that Rashford might not want to stay at Old Trafford if United fail to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League, and believe a bid of £100 million would be enough to seal the deal.
The Three Lions star has scored 13 goals and assisted another nine strikes in 44 appearances for United so far this season, but has netted just once in his past 10 Premier League games.
