With Paul Pogba being heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid or Juventus, the main reason for the Frenchman wanting to leave Manchester United has now reportedly been revealed.
Having publicly admitted he is keen to take on a new challenge, the midfielder has been widely tipped to leave United in this window.
Clubs such as Juventus and Los Blancos are believed to have been chasing the 26-year-old's signature, although reports in England suggest that the Red Devils do not want to sell the player.
According to The Sun, there are a few reasons for Pogba wanting to leave United in the upcoming weeks, but his main desire to leave stems from the fact that he feels the club is still far away from winning silverware.
The Frenchman collected many medals during his spell with the Bianconeri, but has won just the EFL Cup and UEFA Europa League since his return to United.
It has been claimed that Pogba does not think the 2019/20 season will be a successful one for the club, especially after they failed to qualify for the UEFA Champions League in the previous campaign.
Real are said to be leading the race to sign him, although Juve apparently feel they could persuade him to make a return to Serie A.
