Ahead of the upcoming transfer window, Manchester United are reportedly chasing a striker who was once among the most expensive teenagers in world football but has played just six senior matches in two years.
In January 2018, a 16-year-old Pietro Pellegri joined Monaco for a fee of £21 million (R455 million), but things have not gone as planned for the Italian forward.
The now 19-year-old striker has played just six senior matches for the French club since his arrival from Genoa, and has suffered a number of different injuries over the past two years.

Prior to his move to France, the player's agent was reportedly involved in discussions with the Red Devils, but the teenager eventually decided to join Monaco.
However, according to Italian football expert Gianluca Di Marzio and as cited by the Daily Star, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reignited United's interest in the young striker.
The Norwegian tactician is believed to be looking to strengthen his squad with young talent, and has identified Pellegri has a viable back-up option ahead of the 2020/21 season.
