Club captain Bruno Fernandes courted further controversy after the final whistle when he was captured on film shoving a cameraman out of his path and, according to talkSPORT, arguing with a policeman before storming down the tunnel.

The latest incident, which followed after players from the two sides reportedly had to be separated by police, fuelled speculation that the Portugal international might have played his last game for the club ahead of a potential £55 million (R1 billion) move to United.

Fernandes won the Primeira Liga Player of the Year award in each of the past two seasons, and has scored a remarkable 64 goals in 136 appearances from midfield for the Portuguese outfit.
