Having been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, a certain footballer has made a massive admission about the possibility of playing in the Premier League.
Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes is said to be one of United's main targets ahead of next season, with the Sporting Lisbon man's release clause said to be just £31 million (R536 million).
The player himself has now admitted it is his wish to play in the Premier League, although he also conceded that it is ultimately up to his club to decide when that happens.
"I don't care about the market, I've talked about this many times," Fernandes said, according to Sky Sports.
"The only thing I can do now is that I need to catch the plane, so I don't miss it.
"I told them I'd like to play in England, but I don't care about it right now.
"It could be when the club decides, I'm not in charge."
Fernandes played 53 matches for Sporting last season, scoring 32 goals and assisting a further 18 strikes.
