The Olympiqu Lyon star is set to become a free agent at the end of the season as his contract expires in June.
The 27-year-old was reportedly a big target for the Catalan giants before the start of the 2020/2021 season, but the two clubs could not come to an agreement.
French publication Le Parisien have now reported that PSG have also identified the former Manchester United winger as a transfer target for next season.
It is believed that the Camp Nou is likely to be Depay's choice next campaign where he could reunite with former Netherlands manager Ronald Koeman.
When asked about his future in December, Memphis told reporters, “To be honest, we have a great team here and I am focused here because I do not know what will happen next year. All that I know, is that I am a Lyon player and captain.
"I am here to win matches, to be important for the team. I do not have in my head what my future will be. I am 100% focused here. '
"What will happen in the future, we will see… I don’t have anything to say on that. I am here now, lots of clubs could be interested.”
