Ramos joined the Paris outfit on a free transfer after his contract with Spanish giants Real Madrid came to an end in June.
However, the 35-year-old's time in the French capital has not gone too well as a calf injury has stopped him from making a single appearance in the past few months.
Reports coming out France have now claimed that PSG are not ruling out the possibility of terminating the Spanish defender's contract as the injury problem continues.
Ramos is reportedly one PSG's biggest earners after signing his two-year deal a few months ago, with the defender said to be taking home £250,000 per week.
As a result, French publication Le Parisien have reported that the club feel they made a mistake signing the veteran defender and are said to be considering their options.
PSG have been linked with Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, whose contract is set to expire at the end of this season although Real Madrid are also said to be keen if he does not extend in England.
