The former Monaco attacker has joined PSG on a season-long loan, with an agreement that his move will be made permanent in the next campaign for a massive fee of €180 million (R2.7 billion).

Once the transfer becomes official, he will become the second most expensive player of all time, behind his new teammate Neymar.

The Frenchman was unveiled at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday, before going straight into a training session with his new colleagues.

"It's a great pleasure to join PSG, a very ambitious club that wants to become the best," he said of his move, according to Associated Press.

"It was important for me not to leave France after just six months at the highest level."

No he is bying time mature and develop further. Note, he is there on loan.....he is waiting for Zizou-Benzema romance to wind off. He knows he is a Benzema replacement in the next 2 to 3 seasons. The EMIRATES Cartel said so.....and ask barCOW, whatever they say goes (until the Qatar chartel recovers from W. Cup spending). If you care to know.....this is an ongoing Emirates-Qatar cold-war. Madrid+PSG+Arsenal VS BarCOWlona+Fifa+2022 Fifa WC cake. Even the Qatarian PSG major shareholder has crossed the floor to Dubai (where his vested commercial interests are). Now these Emirates Arabs are busy facilitating the AC Milan take over. Watch Messi's contract gimmick playing itself. Don't be suprised to see Messi joining PSG and Neymar, Mbappe and Verrati moving to Madrid whilst Messi, Coutinho, Aboumwyang and Bale joining PSG. Just watch and learn.....oil coffers are being openned and the Arabians are in charge and at war with each other (Emirates VS Qatar).
